Fiji: An Island Paradise!
After a great, but long, 11 hour flight on Fiji Airlines from San Francisco, we arrived in Nadi, Fiji. We were met at the airport by the Malolo Cat crew, taken to the boat, and whisked away at 18 knots to Musket Cove Resort on Malolo Lailai island, our home for the next four days.
Musket Cove is a great place for a quick visit to Fiji. Our beachfront Bure is wonderful and relaxing, the local beer Fiji Gold is great, the restaurant is very good and everyone is super friendly. Although, the pace of everything is even more laid back then Hawaii. Check out the drone shots. Rand climbed to the top of the big hill to launch the done. Our Bure was in the middle of the beachfront Bures next to the main large reception building, opposite the boat docks.
We will enjoy our four days here and save up our energy for New Zealand. Auckland is our next stop.
